Guys believe me, Don't give any interviews to this company, a low grade company with no proper leadership, and an unprofessional team, Don't even pick up calls from this company. I have got a call from HR team, I have cleared all three rounds and HR asked me to come to office for F2F, I traveled all around 500km to meet the Manager, waited for 1 hr finally he asked my basic details and he said me to leave, conversation went not even 3mintues, he asked for all my professional documents and educational documents for BGV, I was waiting for update but no response from unprofessional HR team, later I called HR but she haven't responded to my call, she sent a text message saying that position was on hold. My question is if position was on hold why have you taken 3 rounds of interview and asked me to come to your office for F2F and why did you asked for all my documents ? These guys Play games with the job seekers and I got any feedback from one of the victim saying that even, if you accept the offer they will revoke it back suddenly with silly reasons. These company wants to work their employees to work for 12 to 15 hrs even in weekends. So please don't accept any offers from this low grade company and don't give any interviews.

Giving this review solely for interview. so I got a call via Naukri for this interview, and in initial conversation itself I was asked about my current CTC and expected CTC, which i told. now after 3-4 days I went there for interview. It was a slow process since many people came (totally acceptable). I was given a mcq sheet to solve, at the time of interview I was having 5 + years of exp and working as tech lead. but still I had to respect there process and happily gave the test. then 2nd round of technical and then 3rd round or technical. it almost went till 4-5 hrs. mean while I observed 2 ppl who came with me they waited for 2-3 hrs and then they where told that there panelist were not able to come to office and told to leave for the day, felt really sad for them coz coming for walkin is like sacrificing your whole day. also talked with one person he had come from 20km away, felt bad but ..... coming back to my part, after clearing all three round with ace. some Super senior HR came and discussed about my ctc and expected ctc, I was confused, as in I already conveyed this. she told we will get back to you. after spending almost full day . and waiting for 3 wks, I called back and then the mediator org's lady told the issue was with my expected ctc as I was going above the budget. my only complaint is, I already updated these things well in advance. are these guys are not even professional enuf to go through these basic things in advance before wasting time of others. really disappointed. please respect others time as well.

My humble request don't give the any interviews in this wrost company.waste of candidates time.they don't have proper communication with clients and simply they are playing with candidates..I have given 2 internal and 2 client rounds and finally they given the feedback like need to evaluate more on experience candidates and main thing is very slow process and in the clients rounds they will not join ontime and sometimes they will postpone the interview as well..if you the all comments in past almost negative and almost everyone faced same issues.

Third class company, will ask for documents ( 1st grade to 12th grade marksheet, and itr for every year we worked and salary slips of every month for the period we worked, in my case they asked for 3 years of salary slips i.e in total 36 salary slips, useless and baseless) which are not requested by any company till date Hopeless company to work with

They have taken 1st level interview and i cleared it and they mentioned me that there will be manager round who is on leave for a week and we will schedule once he is back and available but i call'd them after 2 weeks for update regarding manager rounf schedule and they said sorry position is cleared internally so we are not considering you if that is the case why do you guys make wait the employee for 2 long weeks...lol.....
